Changes I have started to make... More water I don't drink nearly enough water. I have cut all sodas. Trying to drink when I remember. Never have I had to pee more in my life! Saffron Tea Drinking at least 2 cups a day starting at lunch. Slippery Elm Bark Drinking 1 cup slippery elm bark power mixed with hot water in the mornings. Vitamins 1 multi-vitamin, fish oil Olive Oil 1 tablespoon of olive oil with each meal Weigh today at 211. Wait, what? 2 pounds already? I think it's a fluke.
